Returns Policy

As with many publications and software applications, we regret that it is impossible for us to accept returns on any electronic program once it has been received.

Our books are print-on-demand so we do not see the book -- it is shipped directly from the printer. Therefore, we ask that you examine them carefully when they arrive to ensure there are no missing pages or other problems as the printer will only replace misprinted books if returned within 20 days. We do not have a warehouse so we are unable to accept returns of more than a single copy of a book.

Most other tangible items are shipped directly from the primary vendor. We will ensure that you receive a replacement for any damaged goods but can not accept undamaged returns unless the vendor agrees. Please call us before you return any item as the return may need to be sent to another address. 

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are made by check whether the order was paid with a check, credit card or cash. You may also choose to receive a credit which you can use on a future purchase.
