Program Objectives
- To provide an opportunity for reflective study and a dialogue that promotes self-understanding and commitment to the lifelong, inward journey necessary for a growing relationship with God.
- To experience and examine key elements and dynamics of community building, and new ways of being together.
- To encourage the development of a personal ministry, including vision, mission, short and long-term goals.
- To identify and promote authentic leadership skills, i.e., love, humility, inwardness, self-knowledge, and a clear understanding of one's own authority.

Re-Envisioning Yourself
(Session 1-7)
- To understand the need for authentic (Christ centered) leadership
- To re-visit your understanding of leadership
- To be able to re-envision yourself and see the vision for your life and ministry
Becoming a Self in Community (Session 8-14)
- To experience authentic community
- To understand the need for a centered self
- To be able to communicate from the authentic self
Being an Authentic Self in the World (Session 15-27)
- To understand the tension/balance between self and world
- To understand your world view, its implications and impact
- To understand your authentic role in relation to authority
- To be able to communicate your faith.
