Cleon Makes His Choice
An entertaining story of a young boy growing up during the period when the church was established and choosing to be a Christian was an important and sometimes dangerous choice. Cleon is a slave who runs away from his abusive master and is befriended by a Jewish family whose father is in the process of becoming a Christian. They see Paul arrested, and when Cleon is taken by his old master who is about to drown when the ship sinks, he is faced with a choice: How does his new-found faith influence whether he lets him drown or rescues him?
