The Story Lives On

The Story Lives On is a resource that turns The Storykeepers into a series of intergenerational workshops that help participants enter into the exciting world of biblical storytelling. They hear the stories, as though for the first time, and are invited to enter into the story with their whole selves -- thoughts, feelings, ideas, life experiences and faith responses. And they discover themselves as part of that great community of those who have remembered, told, and lived out the stories of Jesus for 2000 years. The workshops are a great way to build a strong community. Each workshop is built around a meal, listening to the stories on video and participating in a series of activities and discussions.

The 13 workshops can be done as a program or as occasional special events. They are ideal for newcomers and for those new to the church as they provide a friendly way for people to learn about Jesus and get to know the members of the church -- perhaps even before they attend a worship service. So this is a great education program, community buiider and evangelism process all in one!
