The Seekers is an innovative approach to life's journey especially designed for young adults, ages 18-22. This program provides leaders with outlines for discussion and activities that support and guide young adults as they mature and search in Christian faith.
The emphasis of The Seekers is not doctrinal instruction, Bible teaching, or information giving. Rather, the whole group (leaders and participants alike) discover, wonder and reflect together on their lives as Christians.
Adaptable for groups of four or more, The Seekers includes two years of programming. Both years are structured around the same four units: Faith, Life, Self and Values, and each year includes a Start-Up Guide for establishing group norms and working through the group process. Each year consists of approximately 25 sessions. Sessions can be used as part of a year-long curriculum or as stand-alone units for special events.
The program includes:
A two-volume set of outlines, usable for Young Adult Sunday School, evening group sessions, Canterbury meetings at a college, or camp/conference sessions—over 50 outlines total

Break volunteer jobs down into smaller increments - instead of
recruiting one
person to greet newcomers each week, use 2 or 4 people to alternate weeks.
