Your Account

When you are registered and loged into our website, you will see a block called MY ACCOUNT at the top left side (just below the CHILDREN menu item). If you click on YOUR ITEMS in the box it will take you to your account.

YOUR FILES

If you ordered a downloadable resource, the title will show in a white box. To access your files, click on the resource name which will take you to the download page. Some resources will simply have the word "FILES" while others may have a variety of sub-categories. The sub-categories are for large programs with multiple sections or for memberships that may contain dozens of programs. 

When you click on FILES you will generally see two versions of the same item: one in WORD and one in PDF. Select the one you prefer -- WORD files are editable and PDF files are ready-to-print "as is." To download the file, just click on the name. Please wait -- some files are large and, especially if your internet speed is slow, it may take awhile! Most browers will have some way to show you that a download is in process -- but meanwhile you may see a blank page and think nothing is happening.

YOUR PROFILE

At the bottom of the page is the current information we have about you. To change that information, either click on the words "CLICK HERE" just below UPDATING YOUR PROFILE or on the tab named PROFILE.

This will take you to your personal information section where you can make changes. If you are ordering on behalf of your church or want to access materials someone else has ordered on behalf of your church, you MUST select your church. That's the only way we can connect you with your church!

LOGIN INFO

In your Profile, you will see a tab labeled EDIT. Select that to change your login email address or password.

ORDER INFO

In your Profile you will see a tab labeled ORDERS. Select that tab to see your orders.
