to S.P.Y. Parables – a creative, interactive program designed to teach children about three of Jesus’ parables: The Seed (Mustard Seed), The Pearl of Great Price and The Yeast (or Leaven). This 3-session program gives you and your parish a wonderful way to celebrate the mysteries and gifts that God gives us through the parables Jesus taught. Each day in our opening celebration participants will be given clues to help unlock the lessons hidden in these multi-layered stories. Using classroom activities, crafts, and service projects, we will learn how to apply these lessons to our daily lives. Designed as a three-day VBS program, it can also be used for Summer Church (e.g., one a month for a family featured Sunday) or other short program where you want to engage children in a fun learning experience.
