GOD'S METAPHOR OF METAMORPHOSIS
by Anna L. Liechty and Phyllis Vos Wezeman
This resource offers congregations a thematic approach for communicating the message of Lent and Easter. Centered around the life cycle of a Monarch butterfly, a different stage of its development serves as a symbol each week for the process of spiritual growth during Lent.
A word that can be displayed on a banner or poster ties together the visual theme of the emerging butterfly with the spiritual message of the Scripture and the season. Through their participation, people of all ages will experience the joy of Easter throughout Lent and affirm God's promise of eternal life. You can, of course, use this in other seasons as well but it is ideal for the Lent/Easter season.

NOTE: Please order a review copy before ordering in quantity as we are unable to accept returns of more than one copy of a book. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Also, our books are shipped from the printer directly to you so we do not see the book and can't guarantee the quality. Therefore, we ask that you examine them carefully when they arrive to ensure there are no missing pages as the printer will only replace misprints if they are returned within 14 days. If there is a problem, call us immediately so we can arrange to have the defective book replaced.
